We are dedicated to delivering your floral and gift orders in
a timely manner. The actual time and date your order is delivered
is affected by the time of day your order is placed, the method
of delivery or shipping you select, weather conditions, and whether
or not the destination is a remote location. Our delivery policies

Prompt & Efficient Shipping
Our normal shipping time is 2 days following the receipt of payment,
unless your order is marked with special delivery instructions.
Shipping Charges will be shown during checkout.
We do not deliver to Post Boxes or Private Bag addresses. If
you are unable to arrange physical address of your recipients
you can query our help desk agent at: firstname.lastname@example.org
for further help.
All orders are professionally packed for safe delivery within
city. For all domestic deliveries across country we have to follow
instructions of specialized delivery companies. Due to homeland
security reason all domestic parcels are packed by courier companies.
Gift wrapping will be applied on all incity deliveries, you can
select one while online ordering.
For all incity delivieries we try our best to use our local inhouse
delivery agents. Incase of domestic or other cities deliveries
we use selected specialized deliviery companies.
Delivery Timings & Days
Our normal delivery hours ranges from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Further
it may vary due to remote locations.
Same Day, Next Day & Holiday or Friday Deliveries can be
arranged. Due to any incity mishap it may disturb the schedule.

Delivery on a particular time
We can arrange particular time deliveries on special request.
You could instruct any time between 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM but you
have to instruct atleast 48 hours to make a schedule.
When the Recipient Is Not Home
The delivery agent may choose to leave the arrangement with a
neighbor and attach a note to the recipient's door stating who
accepted the arrangement on their behalf. The agent may also leave
a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call and
arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. Another option is calling
the recipient first to arrange a delivery time. If the recipient
is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the
workplace. Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may
delay delivery and be subject to a US $ 30.00 surcharge for re-delivery.
